AQCUA-WINN 10ml 100mg (Rotterdam) water based is used in humans to treat anemia (low red blood cell count), hereditary angioedema (edema) and also to control the treatment of breast already in women. In animals, it is used to grow muscles, produce red blood cells, increase bone density, and also to stimulate appetite in weakened animals after surgery.

Description:

It is one of the most commonly used steroids. Stanozolol is well known by the brand name Winstrol. It is a 17-alkylated steroid of the II (non-receptor) type available mainly in oral but also veterinary injectable form (Winstrol V in the US and Winstrol Depot in Europe). In medical practice, it is used against angioedema (allergic eczema). The first reports of it date back to 1959 and soon it received wide distribution in sports and in medicine.

Studies show that orally administered Stanozolol is metabolized twice in the body, while injected Stanosol is metabolized only once, which is why the effects of injectable Winstrol are much higher, mainly in terms of increasing prottosynthesis.

– Another interesting fact is that orally administered stanozolol reduces SHBG by 50% at a dose of 0.3 mg/kg of weight. Which of course enhances the anabolic effect of the treatment. But the bottom line is that injectable stanozole reduces SHBG by only 11% at the same dose.

– a large part of free TST binds to SHBG and thus reduces the anabolic effect of TST, thanks to stanozole you can reduce SHBG and thus ensure better effectiveness of TST. Therefore, it is recommended to take stanozole in the treatment after about 5 weeks of treatment, as this will increase the anablic effect.

Anabolic effects:

-On the whole, it can be said that stanozolol is a kind of B-grade substitute for oxandrolone. It induces small, but solid and relatively permanent muscle gains accompanied by a large increase in strength. Among athletes, Stanozolol is primarily used by strength athletes, jumpers and sprinters.

For bodybuilders, it is a popular drug for getting in shape with methenolone, boldenone or trenbolone. In conjunction with testosterone, it can be very effective on both strength and volumes. Compared to other steroids, it shows a very good anti-catabolic effect (inhibition of the effects of cortisol). In therapy with AIDS-affected patients, significant weight gain occurred at doses of 6-12 mg of oral Winstrol per day.

Side effects:

-Chemically, stanozolol is a derivative of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) or oxymetholone. It is reported to have relatively low androgenic effects, however it is actually much more androgenic than such as oxandrolone. Due to its structure, it is not capable of aromatization. It is even claimed to block the production of estrogens by the action of other steroids with which it is combined. Its antiprogestogenic effects, i.e. blocking the production of progesterone, are also reported, which is beneficial e.g. when combined with nandrolone. However, the negative effect of stanozolol on the HDL / LDL cholesterol ratio is known. Even a very low dose of 6 mg/day was able to reduce HDL by 33% and increase LDL by 29% after 6 weeks. Studies have not shown a negative effect of stanozolol on the liver at therapeutic doses. Even after 27 weeks of taking stanozolol at a dose of 12 mg / day, no significant changes in liver enzyme values could be detected. But among bodybuilders, stanozolol is considered moderately toxic in this regard. Some users report problems with liver tests at doses around 50mg per day. Stanozolol is a fairly significantly suppressive steroid despite commonly held belief; Only 10 mg/day reduced endogenous testosterone in healthy young men by an average of 55% after 14 days.

It is also worth mentioning the frequent anecdotal reports of rapid hair loss at the beginning of a treatment with stanozol. Among a number of foreign users, Stanozol even has a reputation as the worst steroid in this regard. However, the described manifestations are far more reminiscent of telogenic effluvium (sudden, full-scale hair loss caused by stressful influences, which is usually reversible after a few months, i.e. reversible). Therefore, it can be assumed that the cause in this case is not the androgenicity of stanozolol, but rather hormonal shock, or a combination with horse doses of other potent steroids (especially testosterone). In this context, it is worth noting the exceptional ability of stanozolol to reduce the blood concentration of SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin), which leads to an increase in the levels of free testosterone and other steroid hormones in the body and thus to an increase in the anabolic effect – of course, with all the negative consequences.

Dosage:

-The usual doses are 30-50 mg per day orally or 100-300 mg per week injected every other day. There are known cases of athletes who took 100 mg / day and mention the significant effect of these doses on muscle mass volume. However, this dosage cannot be recommended from a health point of view.

The veterinary injectable form of stanozolol is considered more effective than the oral one, but it is an aqueous solution that is very painful to apply. A number of athletes prefer to drink injectable Stanozolol (shake before taking it, because the white milky layer of Stanozolol is deposited at the bottom!). At the same time, taking the oral injectable version does not change the effectiveness, because injectable stanozolol, like the tablets, is 17-alkylated. Women take stanozolol quite often, but despite this, they can experience virilizing effects even at a low dosage (4-8 mg per day in pills).

Due to the lower level of hepatotoxicity such as Dianabol, Stanozolol can be taken for up to about 8 weeks. However, due to the dramatic disruption of blood lipid values, Stanozolol is definitely not suitable for frequent and/or long-term use. At higher doses (50 mg), it is undoubtedly better to shorten the cycle to 6 weeks.

Metabolites of stanozolol can currently be detected for up to 5 months from the last use.
